Artocarpus camansi (AC) has been long used by Indonesian local people as food and traditional medicine. This study aims to explain the relationship between use of AC a ingredient medicine its bioactivity. The method in writing this article is literature on various scientific articles published online at Google Scholar using AC, uses bioactivities. results obtained were synthesized so be able botany, utilization bioactivity comprehensive manner. fruits have vegetable ingredient, baby potential developed an economic commodity. related nutritional content. seeds are rich protein carbohydrates, amino acids, fats minerals (phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, copper). As medicine, treat dysentery, malaria, anti-microbial, anti-malarial, anti-diabetic-mellitus, anti-cancer. flavonoids extract associated with antimalarial anti-cancer activity, while -sitosterol propionate was anti-diabetes mellitus activity. very alternative well mellitus.
